Chapter 3 introduced the different factors involved in assembling your business team. We explained why you cannot hire someone you cannot fire. We explored the methods of finding an attorney. We also determined the types of attorneys you may need. We differentiated between brokers and agents. We then explored the methods of finding a real estate broker and explored the methods of finding an insurance broker. We defined the types of insurances you may need. We defined criteria for vetting vendors. We then explained why insurance is necessary. Lastly, we assessed which insurances you may need for your business.
